1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oikonex's data center services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Oikonex provides enterprise-grade data center services including colocation, disaster recovery, business continuity, private cloud hosting, and compliance solutions. Services are provided subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Security and Privacy

We maintain physical and digital security measures to protect your data. Our facilities include biometric access controls, 24/7 surveillance, and redundant power and cooling systems. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Service Level Agreements

Service availability and performance guarantees are specified in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided with your service contract. We commit to maintaining the uptime and performance levels specified in your SLA.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access attempts to our systems or other customers' systems
  • Distribution of malware or malicious code
  • Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Excessive resource consumption that impacts other customers

7. Compliance and Certifications

Our facilities and services are designed to meet industry compliance standards including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with applicable regulations.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Services are billed according to the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for retrieving your data and equipment within the specified timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oikonex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
